MW Butterfly Squat to Frog

MW Buttefly Squat to Plank is the combination of two exercises. The first one (Butterfly Squat) is a fundamental exercise used for the upper back muscles activation. The second one (MW Frog), is another one fundamental movement of the MWTS. Agility and coordination are two important factors which improve the general efficiency of the exercise.

Exercise Tips

  • Keep a correct squat position with open chest and neutral lumbar spine at the start position;
  • Touch the ground with elbows in the “frog” position;
  • Push forward with feet on the ground to go back to start position from “frog” position;
