MW Buttefly Squat to Plank is the combination of two exercises. The first one (Butterfly Squat) is a great exercise for the upper back muscles activation. The second one (elbows to hands plank), is a chalisthenic exercise for the core muscles engagement.
Exercise Tips
- Keep a correct squat position with open chest and neutral lumbar spine at the start position;
- Keep hands over the shoulders in the hands-plank position before switching to elbows-plank;
- Maintain a neutral lumbar spine during both plank positions;
