MW Spiderman Frog is the combination of two exercise: MW Frog + Spiderman Plank.
Exercise Tips
- Keep the posterior leg and arms fully extended in the end position;
- Do not touch the knees to the ground;
- Keep the knee as open as possible during the movement;
- Breathing out in the end position;

- MW Pre-Frog execution in the start position (knees to the ground);
Variations
- Drive the knee to the opposite elbow (ex: left-knee to the right-elbow)
- If you want to emphasize the oblique abs engagement, you can use the Spiderman Plank as alternative exercise;
