MW Spiderman Frog

MW Spiderman Frog is the combination of two exercise: MW Frog + Spiderman Plank.

CAUTION: If you’re unsure of your health status, have multiple health problems, previous injuries or are pregnant, speak with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.

Exercise Tips

  • Keep the posterior leg and arms fully extended in the end position;
  • Do not touch the knees to the ground;
  • Keep the knee as open as possible during the movement;
  • Breathing out in the end position;

Regressions

  • MW Pre-Frog execution in the start position (knees to the ground);

Variations

  1. Drive the knee to the opposite elbow (ex: left-knee to the right-elbow)
  2. If you want to emphasize the oblique abs engagement, you can use the Spiderman Plank as alternative exercise;
