MW Swimmer Plank (backstroke)

MW Swimmer Plank is a dynamic plank that engages the postural back muscles in addition to the core muscles. The backstroke variation it reminds to backstroke style of swimming.

Exercise Tips

  • Keep lumbar neutral position;
  • Do not excessively open your chest;
  • Keep both arms fully extended during the movement;
  • Breathing in as soon as lift the arm from the ground;
  • Breathing out during the back rotation of the arm;
