WEEK 1: OCTOBER 31 -> NOVEMBER 6
What kind of super hero are you?
Every athlete has a superhero inside. But, before you turn to being a superhero, you should test your super power. And most importantly, before focusing in your superpower, You should first know your weaknesses well!

The primary goal of the first week is to identify and clarify your weaknesses! This aspect is critical if your intent is to actually become stronger day by day. I have therefore designed specific assessments specific for karate training that will help you to identify and improve them.

The assessment exercises will be divided into three categories: Movement, Metabolic and Technique. This is the starting point for targeted work over the next six weeks.
WEEK 2: NOVEMBER 7 -> NOVEMBER 13
Test & Re-Test your super power
Here you will be clear about what your strengths and weaknesses are. The clock is ticking, and energies will have to be directed in a prioritized order! The mind will drive the body toward a specific way forward.

SPECIFIC ACTION, SPECIFIC RESULTS

Your every effort and sacrifice cannot be random. Each specific action will have to lead you to a specific result. My Test & Re- Test approach will help you verify whether the work you are doing is in the right direction.

Here you will know exactly where you need to work and how best to reorganize your training. You won't have to waste energy on what is not specific to achieving your final goal!
WEEK 3: NOVEMBER 14 -> NOVEMBER 20
Don't waste your power! save and refine it for the right time
This is the time to define what works! Starting from this base, no changes will be made but only final adjustments and attention to detail.

DEFINE YOUR PERFECT ROUTINE

You will be able to assemble your own routine of winning actions from movement preparation to specific technical warm-up. These will be the same actions and thoughts you will repeat before competition.

Here you will experience and find your optimal solution to best activate your mind and body!
WEEK 4: NOVEMBER 21 -> NOVEMBER 27
Improve your power in your comfort zone
During this week the goal will be to strengthen and improve the base built in the previous week.

PUTTING QUALITY INTO QUANTITY

Here you will take your physical and mental conditioning to the next level.
100% of your focus will be on putting the quality of work gained into quantity. This will have to be done in a familiar environment that will be your comfort zone.

The goal will be to retest physical/mental conditioning (e.g., kata sequence) but at a higher quality level than the beginning.

The result you get will reflect your real and achievable Peak Performance!
WEEK 5: NOVEMBER 28 -> DECEMBER 4
Are you ready to step outside your comfort zone?
Your training prep is not over yet! If you have conducted the training so far well, you will feel stronger and more confident than before.

Now that you are aware of your potential, will you be able to make the most of it in a different environment than your comfort zone?

Here your training will touch a different level because you will take your "Peak Performance" out of your comfort zone.

What will happen? Based on the performance variations you will notice, I will help you to figure out how best to adapt and react!
WEEK 6: DECEMBER 5 -> 7/11 DECEMBER
Now you are ready to be a superhero! Start doing your Job
The countdown begins! The long-awaited day is close at hand. But at this moment you will be ready! Physically and mentally you will know what to do and how to do it.

UNLOCK YOUR POWER, UNLOCK YOUR PEAK PERFORMANCE

In this last week you will recharge your body & mind energy, day by day. You will finally be ready to unlock and show your potential.

The more disciplined and organized you have been in your training preparation, the closer your final performance will be to your real Peak Performance!

No. It is not a training program because before a specific program can be prescribed, it is essential to do an individual analysis. Planning must be done carefully through short, medium and long-term goals. If at the end of the 6WOPP you would like to understand how to deepen your individual preparation, we will have the opportunity to schedule a free appointment and talk about it in person with your coach at the Venice Cup.

Yes. Every week you will receive instructional videos of how to best perform some specific exercises that are useful to incorporate into your work program without compromising it. Warning!!! The only side effect is that you will either improve the execution of what you are doing😉 or… you will discover an extra variation that you can apply right away.

6WOPP is open to…

Because 6WOPP is free, it’s in my interest as S&C Coach that it be applied by those who are highly motivated and committed to real high-level competition. Venice Cup’22 it’s a great opportunity for everyone! This allows me to target a limited number of athletes and coaches with the advantage of being able to give more attention in remote support. 

No. The 6WOPP is also open to kumite athletes. Many general resources are useful for preparation for both specialties. However, for a reason of specific choice of content, this course is more recommended for kata athletes. The main reason was to not provide too much overlapping information between the two very different specialties particularly during pre-competition phase.

You have the possibility to register until the end of the week 1. The expiration day for this offer is November 6, 2022 at 00:00. 

The access to online resources will remain open until December 31, 2022. However, you will be able to download all the PDF templates to continue applying the exercises.
