DAY 1 WORKOUT MISSION
The mission of DAY 1 is to test your Static Control level. Stay focused on movement control maintaining the proper technique! Follow the TUT suggestions (time under tension) to improve your static strength and body control during the exercise execution. Don’t rush! Keep your mind in the present feeling your body rep by rep under tension;-) Now you are ready to go into action!
