Today you will take confidence paying attention to dynamic control! The sliding exercises of the day allow you to keep constant contact during the movement between the body and the ground. Use your feet as best you can, don’t lose your body alignment by a correct “core activation” and don’t rush;-) The result will be a better balance with a great movement control!

DAY 2 WORKOUT MISSION

The mission of DAY 2 is to test your Dynamic Control. A next level of “core strength and body control” is required. The exercise test of the day will get it out your capacity to develop the right dose of balance between postural setting and core strength;-) If you complete all 3 steps of the test, it means most likely you had an efficient movement control for all the workout done.

KEEP IN MIND 

if you discover any limitations or problems during the workout of the day no worry! Stop immediately your workout. Don’t risk of doing something wrong. Training safe painless is a priority!!!!
