DAY 3 WORKOUT MISSION

The mission of DAY 3 is to test your adaptability introducing unilateral and circular movements. The exercise test of the day is a great challenge for your “anti-rotational core” level and capacity to maintain the correct postural setting under tension. Your abs will thank you!

For every second and every rep, do your best!!!
