MW Frog

MW Frog its one of fundamental movement in the MWTS (Mindfit Warrior® Training System). The push of the feet on the ground is the first action in this exercise. Because of this, the quads are the most muscle group involved. Moreover, Shoulder muscles and abs are highly involved in the end position as stabilizers.

CAUTION: If you’re unsure of your health status, have multiple health problems, previous injuries or are pregnant, speak with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.

Exercise Tips

  • Keep knees always away from the ground;
  • Focus on the “pushing” action of the toes;
  • Fully extended legs on the end position;
  • Breathing out at the end of the pushing phase
