MW Pre-Frog

MW Pre Frog is the preparation exercise of the fundamental movement MW Frog. The main focus of the exercise is to improve confidence with core control and shoulders stability. Quads, shoulders and abs are the most muscle groups involved especially in the end position.

CAUTION: If you’re unsure of your health status, have multiple health problems, previous injuries or are pregnant, speak with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.

Exercise Tips

  • Keep knees and elbows on the ground (start position);
  • Focus on the “pushing” forward the hips;
  • Fully extended legs on the end position;
  • Breathing out during the movement;
