MW Pre Frog is the preparation exercise of the fundamental movement MW Frog. The main focus of the exercise is to improve confidence with core control and shoulders stability. Quads, shoulders and abs are the most muscle groups involved especially in the end position.
Exercise Tips
- Keep knees and elbows on the ground (start position);
- Focus on the “pushing” forward the hips;
- Fully extended legs on the end position;
- Breathing out during the movement;
