If you consult scientific research on karate injuries, you will notice that…

✅ Most of the studies in the literature refer to injuries during official competitions and not considering the training preparation phase;

✅ Very few studies has monitored injuries by keeping track of both karate training and physical preparation;

✅ There is a lack of qualitative data collection with studies that are not recent;
