Helping people effectively achieve their fitness goals whether one-on- one in the gym or in a group exercise setting is Denisse’s true passion in life. She began in the Fitness industry in 2000 while serving in the military as Medical Service Corps Officer. She has a Bachelors Degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University.
While working with Cardiac patients she witnessed first-hand the true correlation between health and fitness.
The realization that most of her patient’s ailments could have been prevented by proper nutrition and exercise led her to a desire for helping people of all ages to live a healthy lifestyle.
Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain strength, or live a healthier life she can provide you with the tools and motivation to get you there. She has attended numerous Fitness and Nutrition workshops in addition to her knowledge obtained helping people who have struggled with weight loss in the past.
She is also experienced with endurance training, as she has participated in several marathons and triathlons since 2002.
In addition, Denisse is a Figure Competitor since 2013. Her dedication and discipline to the sport of body building have led her to win various awards in American as well as Europe.
Denisse is also certified and teaches various formats such as Step, cardio-Kickbox, BoxMania™, Yoga, Spin, Zumba™, and TRX.
