MW Kneeling to Squat (Lev.2)

MW Kneeling to Squat is a strength-mobility exercise that improve the hip-mobility and lower body strength.
Three main levels of this exercise are available. The aim of the level two is to add the engagement of the upper-back muscles keeping the hands behind the neck and opened elbows.

Exercise Tips

  • Keep knees always away from the ground;
  • Focus on the “pushing” action of the toes;
  • Fully extended legs on the end position;
  • Breathing out at the end of the pushing phase
